Awaiting Order Arrival (Delivery Info)
We ensure super-fast delivery! Inside Dhaka and Chattogram, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days. For all other areas outside Dhaka/Chattogram, it usually takes 2-4 working days.
Our standard delivery charge is ৳80 inside Chattogram, and ৳120 for outside areas. Good news: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over ৳3,000!
It's very simple. Just go to our "Track Order" page from the top menu and enter your Order ID or Phone Number. You will instantly see your current order status.
Ordering & Payment
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh. You can also pay securely via bKash, Nagad, or Credit/Debit Cards during checkout.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please call our customer support immediately for any changes.
Simply select your desired product, choose the correct size/color, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Fill in your delivery details on the checkout page and confirm your order. It's that easy!
After sales
We proudly offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange policy. If you receive a product with a size issue, defect, or if it doesn't match the description, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
We apologize if this happens! Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Call within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with a photo/video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
Refund
Refunds are applicable if a pre-paid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or if a valid return criteria is met. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (bKash/Bank) within 3-5 working days.
Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable unless we have sent you a completely wrong or damaged item.
